Cancellation Policy
Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended as we cannot refund beyond cancellation policy.
Guest receives 96% if cancellation occurs more than 45 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
Booking Policy
Rental Agreement must be signed electronically and provide Proof of ID with 48 hours of booking or your door access code will not be activated.
There is a security deposit hold of $700 (not charged) during your stay and will be fully released if there is no damage or violation of the rental agreement.
